I'm almost glad Chevy is being silly enough to offer a package like the Rally packages on the Silverado.
It has racing stripes. That's awesome. +50 horsepower each.
I hate the fact that the almost $8,000 (!!!!!) package won't paint the bumpers or headlight chrome. Like really? It would look awesome then!
It doesn't add the 5.3 EcoTec either, so that's another $1,500.
Here's what the Rally 2 package adds:

My 2¢ is that anything which is going to be sold with a racing stripe, with the exception of the Mini Cooper, must be faster than the base model.

Technically , with the 5.3, it is faster than the 4.3.
